Run and Exercise
This trainerd running tour allows you to see some of Reykjavík’s most famous and beautiful places in about one hour! The recurring theme of this tour is that at we do light exercises at different locations. Also, the trainer gives you a little bit of history about each place so by the end of the tour, you’ll be an expert in Reykjavík’s history!

This is an hour long exercise in the beautiful Hljómskálagarður park located in downtown Reykjavík next to the Reykjavík pond. The exercise is tailored to fit everyone’s fitness level! We will use equipment such as Kettlebells, bags of sand and more but no prior experience with Kettlebells is necessary. A qualified trainer will make sure you have a great workout in Iceland’s fresh air and beautiful surroundings!
